Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at lurdess.com. We are dedicated to providing high-quality print-on-demand products through our trusted supplier, Podbase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please email info@lurdess.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item.

  • Your order number and full name.

  • A brief description of the issue.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, design, or product), please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Buyer’s remorse.

  • Wrong size ordered (please double-check size guides before purchasing).

  • Color differences due to screen display variations.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved claims will result in a free replacement of the product or a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or incorrect items.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
