• Shipping time: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch.

• Please note that during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as carrier delays or customs processes), delivery times may be extended.

3. Delivery Methods

We offer reliable delivery options to ensure your order reaches you safely:

• DPD Courier to your specified address.

• Closest parcel locker via local partners (e.g., DPD, Omniva, or similar services).

The delivery method can be selected during checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

• For orders under 50 EUR: Shipping cost is 4.95 EUR.

• For orders from 50 EUR and above: Free shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.
